EZCO’s service is meant for content delivery optimization, not long-term storage. Usage that negatively impacts server performance may lead to termination of your account. You agree not to use EZCO’s services primarily for storing non-HTML files like movies or audio.
EZCO reserves the right to investigate the activities of any user or site. If violations are discovered, EZCO may terminate or suspend your service without liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold EZCO and its employees harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, including legal fees.

In the case of any disputes under this agreement, the parties will first attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, arbitration under Irish law will take place in Dublin, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final.
This agreement does not grant rights to any third party, unless explicitly mentioned.
EZCO's failure to enforce any term or condition does not constitute a waiver of its rights. If a court finds any part of this agreement unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
Any claim arising from the use of EZCO services must be filed within one year from the date the claim arose. Failure to file within this time frame will result in a waiver of the claim.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland. Any legal proceedings related to this agreement will be conducted in Dublin, Ireland.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through arbitration in Dublin, as outlined above. Both parties agree to keep arbitration proceedings confidential.
The official version of these Terms of Use is in English. Any translations are provided for convenience, and the English version will prevail in case of any discrepancies.
The headings used in these terms are for convenience and do not affect the legal meaning of any provision.
